A provider of leadership development and coaching should bring deep and valuable experience to a client. The most impactful partners have also led organizations in multiple functions and are themselves students of leadership.
My personal leadership journey began at a young age and accelerated after my enlistment in the U.S. Army at the age of 17. Upon graduation from Valley Forge Military Academy I received a commission as an Army officer and served in multiple deployments around the globe in support of both humanitarian and combat operations.
Later, I spent over 25 years in industry in both Fortune 500 and start-up environments. Functionally, I was fortunate to have leadership roles in sales, commercial operations, recruiting, marketing, and learning&development, up to the VP level, and including global responsibility. One of the most novel and beneficial aspects of my career is that over half my leadership roles were newly created, allowing me to design and launch new departments, even in large established organizations.
My continued passion for serving and assisting other leaders has led to my focus in leadership/management development and executive coaching.
Professionally, I am a Certified Executive Coach from the UC Berkeley Executive Education and Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute and hold a Masters degree in Education and a Bachelors degree World Politics.
My goal is to meet the organizational leadership/management development needs of my client. I may not be the right fit for your organization, but commit to exploring that together.
